Job summary

Cebu CFI Community Cooperative, one of the country’s largest and oldest cooperatives, invites applications for a Marketing and Membership Recruiter. You will promote cooperative services, recruit new members, and guide members through online registration with e-Services.

We value presentation, honesty, and reliability. The role includes developing campaigns and supporting marketing strategies, with benefits including generous leave, insurance, and allowances.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year bachelor's degree course (Business-related degrees are an advantage).
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Presentable, honest, patient, flexible, and reliable.
• With work experience is an advantage.
• Can work with less supervision.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new COOP members and meet the target set by the membership manager as to the marketing.
• Conduct regular visits to offices to promote the services of the cooperative.
• Assist walk-in members with online registration through e-Services and educate on e-Services facilities.
• Responsible for developing marketing campaigns.
• Contribute to implementing marketing strategies.

Cebu CFI Community Cooperative is one of the biggest and oldest cooperative in the country. It is an incorporated cooperative existing since 1970. It is duly registered as a Cooperative in Good Standing with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA). CFI is a members-only incorporated entity which has over the years, grown to more than 155,000 members and continues to grow by the day because of the benefits enjoyed from membership.
