Job summary

San Dionisio Credit Cooperative is seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator to support membership campaigns, create promotional materials, and coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

You will use social media and other digital platforms to engage potential members, respond to inquiries, and promote the benefits of joining our cooperative. The role requires strong writing and organizational skills, plus familiarity with data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years in a similar role, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with social media and digital platforms for marketing.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.

Job description

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of membership campaign strategies, including identifying target audiences and creating promotional materials. Coordinate with various teams and departments to ensure smooth execution of membership campaigns. Provide support in organizing and conducting membership events, such as information sessions and open houses. Utilize social media and other digital platforms to promote membership campaigns and engage with potential members. Respond to inquiries and provide information to potential members about the benefits joining our cooperative. Maintain accurate records of membership data and campaign progress. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for membership campaigns. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies. Assist with other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Willing to do outside business, able to drive motorcycle and has familiarity in in and outside serviceable areas
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial industry
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in using social media and other digital platforms for marketing purposes
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
