Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a credit cooperative or financial institution.
• Willing to do outside business, able to drive motorcycle, and familiar with serviceable areas.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. Review loan applications and make recommendations based on creditworthiness and risk assessment. Conduct regular credit reviews and analysis of existing accounts to identify potential risks and opportunities for growth. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations, resolve issues, and enforce compliance with policies and procedures. Actively participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract new members and increase loan and deposit portfolio. Keep updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance the cooperative's competitiveness. Prepare and submit reports on account activities, loan delinquencies, and other key performance indicators to the management team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a credit cooperative, bank, or financial institution.
• Willing to do outside business, able to drive motorcycle and has familiarity in in and outside serviceable areas
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using computer systems and software, particularly in MS Office and accounting software.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
