PAFCPIC | Philippine Army Finance Center Producers Integrated Cooperative is seeking a Marketing professional to join our Jolo team. The role centers on recruitment, promotion of cooperative products, and providing essential member services in a dynamic, member-focused environment.

Ideal candidates hold a marketing-related degree with at least 6 months of experience, strong communication, and presentation skills, plus a proven ability in public and customer relations.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management or related field.
• At least 6 months of work-related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts information and recruitment drives, PMES, recruits new members, and processes new member applications.
• Promotes the cooperative products and services to target and existing members.
• Provides logistics, clerical and administrative support to the Scholarship, Papsi.
• Assist, Community Development, Membership Trainings, and Marketing Programs of the Satellite and Liaison Offices.
• Encodes members data into the Membership Information System (MIS).
• Issues passbooks, ID cards, and share certificates.
• Attends to termination process which includes counseling of termination applicants and review of documentary requirements.
• Releases and tags giveaways for members.
• Attends to the requirement of PFR(s) of the Satellite Office.
• Prepares periodic reports.
• Performs such other duties as may be directed from time to time.
