Responsibilities

• Assist the Account Officer in managing and servicing client accounts.
• Monitor clients' maturing obligations and ensure prompt payment.
• Prepare Line Availment Sheets and route for approval and posting by Loan Operations Department.
• Prepare loan availment documents (PNs, Disclosure Statement, Deed of Assignment, TRs, etc.).
• Gather reports/data for credit proposals (Audited FS, CASA ADB/Balances, APA, Loandex/NFIS, GIS, Trade Checkings).
• Prepare Projected APA and assist in financial spreading.
• Assist AOs in preparing Offering Memos and loan documents (Letter Advice, Credit Agreement, RM, etc.).
• Maintain records on accounts and monitor loan applications for compliance by Credit/Legal.

Job description

Responsible for assisting the Account Officer in the management and servicing of accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitors clients' maturing obligation with the Bank and ensures prompt payment.
• Prepares Line Availment Sheets, and routes the same for approval and for posting by Loan Operations Department.
• Prepares loan availment related documents (PNs, Disclosure Statement, Deed of Assignment, TRs, etc.)
• Gathers reports/data needed by AO in the preparation of credit proposals, including Audited FS, CASA ADB/Balances, Actual APA, Loandex/NFIS reports, General Information Sheet, Trade Checkings reports, and other information that the AO may request to be extracted from the system or requested from client/other sources.
• Prepares Projected APA.
• Assists AO in the financial spreading.
• Assists AOs in the preparation of Offering Memos.
• Prepares loan documents (Letter Advice, Credit Agreement, Real Estate Mortgage, Chattel Mortgage, etc.) and submits the same for review by the AO and by the Department Head.
• Maintains records on accounts handled and monitors all loan applications to ensure that all legal, financial and collateral requirements are submitted by the client and properly evaluated by Credit and Legal Departments.
• Conforms to Bank policies, rules and regulations.
• Ensures proper upkeep of work area and equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree of any business-related course
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• With at least 1-2 years experience in marketing assistance, preferably in mortgage or loan products
