Responsibilities

• Conduct Information and Recruitment Drives and promotes cooperative products and services.
• Provide logistics, clerical and administrative support to Scholarship, Papsi, Community Development, Membership Trainings, and Marketing Programs.
• Encode members’ data into the Membership Information System (MIS) and prepare periodic reports.
• Handle membership onboarding, termination counseling and related documentary reviews.
• Assist, review reports and perform duties as directed from time to time.

Job description

• Conducts Information and Recruitment Drives, PMES, recruits new members, and

processes new member applications.

• Promotes the Cooperative products and services to target and existing members.
• Provides logistics, clerical and administrative support to the Scholarship, Papsi

Assist, Community Development, Membership Trainings, and Marketing Programs of the Satellite and Liaison Offices.

• Encodes members’ data into the Membership Information System (MIS).
• Issues passbooks, ID Cards, and Share Certificates.
• Attends to termination process which includes counseling of termination applicants

and review of documentary requirements.

• Releases and tags giveaways for members.
• Attends to the requirement of PFR(s) of the Satellite Office.
• Prepares periodic reports.
• Performs such other duties as may be directed from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management or any related course;
• At least 6 months of work-related experience;
