About the role

Key responsibilities

• Assist in membership recruitment through promotions and networking

• Maintain and update the membership database using CRM

• Prepare regular membership status reports, including engagement metrics, retention rates, and recruitment progress

• Assist in the collection and monitoring of membership dues of new members and event participants' registration payments in coordination with Finance

• Perform such other functions assigned by the management and/or the Director-General and Deputy Director-General

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field

• At least 1–3 years of experience in membership services, client relations, marketing, or related roles

• Proficient in oral and written communication

• Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate with teams

• Organized, detail-oriented, and member-focused

• Strong digital and computer skills

• Knowledgeable of CRM or membership database systems is a plus
