Responsibilities

• Assist MM in delivering the Membership target for the store.
• Help the MM identify new organizations/prospects and implement plans to acquire Landers members.
• Support the MM in preparing monthly pipeline/ASPI (All store Programs & Initiatives).
• Handle field coverage to tap companies and organizations/clubs within the store radius for potential Landers members.
• Secure booth activations in trade events and company tie-ups for Landers Membership.
• Build relationships with VIP members and manage the Member Life Cycle journey (Retention and Loyalty).
• Assist the MM in preparing demographics of the branch within 5km-10km radius.
• Help monitor saturation in 5km-10km radius through research and data analysis.
• Prepare canvassing reports for submission to the MM.
• Attend walk-in customers applying for new sign-ups or renewals.
• Push Membership Promotions to Canvassing and In-store customers.
• Support the MM/Assistant MM in handling member concerns and relay resolutions.
• Act as the VIP member contact in assigned territory and handle special requests (VIP Concierge).
• Serve as the VIP Advisor for products/services that fit member needs and communicate offers/new arrivals to VIP List.
• Relay CCM transaction requests to Duty Manager or MM.
• Help prepare weekly CCM transaction reports and member feedback in-store.
• Oversee the daily signup audit monitoring report.
• Prepare the End Of Day (EOD) report.
