Landers Philippines is seeking a customer-focused membership associate to assist customers with membership registration, renewal, and updating of information. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.

Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with membership registration, renewal, and updating of membership information.
Provide accurate information regarding membership benefits, policies, promotions, and services.
Verify and process membership applications and ensure that all required information is complete and accurate.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist customers with membership-related transactions and ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Maintain accurate and organized membership records and documents.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve membership concerns and provide timely assistance to customers.
Promote membership benefits and encourage customer engagement and retention.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards for customer service.
