Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison for members, responding to inquiries and providing assistance.
• Assist in membership recruitment through promotions and networking.
• Coordinate membership events, seminars and networking activities.
• Maintain and update the membership database using CRM.
• Prepare regular membership status reports, including engagement metrics, retention rates, and recruitment progress.
• Assist in the collection and monitoring of membership dues and event registration payments in coordination with Finance.
