Job summary

PBCWE (Philippine Business Coalition for Women Empowerment) is seeking a Deputy MEL Manager for a hybrid, full-time, 1-year renewable consultant contract. You will support the Programs team with MEL implementation, data management, and stakeholder trainings, helping member companies advance gender equality initiatives.

The role requires 1–2 years of MEL-related experience, strong data analysis skills, and excellent collaboration and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of MEL, diversity and inclusion, or gender-related work
• Experience with data analysis and reporting (Excel, PowerBI, MIS, Stata, PowerPoint)
• Experience organizing/facilitating workshops and participatory learning events
• Strong project management, communication, and research/writing skills
• A collaborative, results-oriented team player with a growth mindset

Responsibilities

• Document client services using the Client Engagement Framework (CEF) and MIS
• Support member companies in achieving gender equality targets using diagnostic tools
• Act as an in-house GEARS expert, supporting all assessment stages
• Coordinate trainings, events, and membership meetings
