Job summary

Mercer is seeking a Workforce & Rewards Consulting Analyst in Manila, Philippines for a hybrid role requiring three days in-office. You will support client projects, research, analysis and business development across compensation, benefits, engagement and learning solutions.

Responsibilities include sales support, delivering client projects, preparing reports, engaging stakeholders and contributing to workshops and content.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Psychology, HR, Marketing, or related field.
• 4+ years work experience in sales, marketing, consulting, or related environment.
• Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail; strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support sales activity, lead generation, marketing campaigns, proposals and presentations.
• Deliver and support client projects across compensation, benefits, career frameworks and engagement.
• Carry out quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate reports and benchmarks.
• Work with clients to understand needs and recommend solutions.
• Prepare client-ready reports with guidance from senior team members.
• Build relationships with regional colleagues and project delivery resources.
• Support Marsh HR Academy workshops and develop market content.
