Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate education in Business, Psychology, HR, Marketing or related field.
• Analytical, project management and problem-solving skills expected.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support sales activity, lead generation, campaigns, proposals and presentations.
• Deliver and support client projects across compensation, benefits, engagement and learning solutions.
• Carry out quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate reports and benchmarks.
• Work with clients and internal stakeholders to understand needs and recommend solutions.
• Prepare client-ready reports and analyses with guidance from senior team members.
• Build positive working relationships with regional colleagues and resources.
• Support planning and delivery of Marsh HR Academy workshops and contribute to market content.
