Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading monitoring, evaluation and learning functions within donor-funded development programs.
• Strong technical expertise in MEL frameworks, mixed-methods analysis, reporting, adaptive management and evidence utilisation.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex evidence into practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and continuous improvement of the program's MEL framework, systems, methodologies and reporting processes.
• Generate, analyse and communicate high-quality evidence to support learning, adaptive management and DFAT decision-making.
• Manage MEL activities, evaluations, data systems, consultants and capability development across the program.
