Job summary

PBCWE (Philippine Business Coalition for Women Empowerment) is seeking a Deputy MEL Manager for a hybrid, full-time, 1-year renewable consultant contract. You will support the Programs team with MEL implementation, data management, and stakeholder trainings, helping member companies advance gender equality initiatives.

The role requires 1–2 years of MEL-related experience, strong data analysis skills, and excellent collaboration and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of MEL, diversity and inclusion, or gender-related work
• Experience with data analysis and reporting (Excel, PowerBI, MIS, Stata, PowerPoint)
• Experience organizing/facilitating workshops and participatory learning events
• Strong project management, communication, and research/writing skills
• A collaborative, results-oriented team player with a growth mindset

About the Role

As deputy to the MEL Manager, you'll provide technical and administrative support to our Programs team by:

• Documenting client services through the Client Engagement Framework (CEF) and Management Information System (MIS)
• Supporting member companies in achieving gender equality targets using best-practice diagnostic tools
• Acting as an in-house GEARS expert, supporting all stages of the assessment process
• Coordinating trainings, events, and membership meetings

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in MEL, diversity and inclusion, or gender-related work
• Experience with data analysis and reporting (Excel, PowerBI, MIS, Stata, PowerPoint)
• Experience organizing/facilitating workshops and participatory learning events
