Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or equivalent.
• Experience serving US clients, preferably via phone.
• Audit experience is preferred.
• Pharma industry exposure is a plus.
• Familiarity with US cultural norms for Stakeholders.
• Bachelor's Degree required, strong MS Office skills.
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Salesforce, Smartsheet preferable.
• Proficiency with phone systems, CRM tools, and related tech.
• Willingness to work US business hours with potential extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client Core Team including meeting planners and logistics staff.
• Ensure planning activities comply with client rules and budgets.
• Verify management fee, travel expenses, and honorarium accuracy.
• Plot charges to budget categories and flag overspends per approved cost per person.
• Move expenses to correct budget categories per client rules.
• Resolve attendance discrepancies and document exemptions.
• Match expenses across systems (EFX, Centris) and upload receipts.
• Communicate with planners, vendors, and related teams to complete tasks.
