Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of product management and marketing experience in medical industry preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to follow up.
• Strategic business sense with a strong customer focus.
• Autonomy and the ability to work well in a team-selling environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical training and support for customers.
• Participate in pre- and post-sales activities (technical presentations, product evaluation, end-user training).
• Answer internal and external customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Ensure timely and efficient response for product concerns.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to strengthen customer relationships and retain business.
• Assist sales in marketing healthcare products.
• Coordinate with principal to address customer concerns.
• Maintain expertise of the product line being handled.
• Conduct product evaluations effectively.
• Build and maintain relationships with principal, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure day-to-day compliance within the unit.
