Job summary

Pure-Chem Technology Phils.Inc. is seeking a detailed-oriented Technical Sales Engineer to join the team in Laguna. You will deliver product demonstrations, network with clients, expand sales territories, and provide training and support while collaborating with both sales and production teams.

The ideal candidate has a chemistry background, excellent communication, and a willingness to travel. This role requires staying informed on industry trends and new products to craft compelling customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Technology, Chemical Process and applied Science.
• Experience in plating is preferred.
• Passion for chemistry and eagerness to explore chemical applications.
• Ability to translate complex chemical concepts for customers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel and drive.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to identify potential customers and devise sales strategies.
• Memorize technical product specs and stay updated on new products and industry trends.
• Partner with the technical team to understand and explain benefits of chemical ingredients.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to improve products.
• Translate chemical concepts into tangible benefits for customized solutions.
• Write reports and liaise with production on issues and solutions.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and expand sales territories.
• Update orders and negotiate best contract terms.
• Listen to customers’ needs and advise on the best products to buy.
• Will be assigned other tasks as needed.
