You will identify opportunities, manage customer relationships, demonstrate products, and provide quotations, training, and on-site support.

Collaborate with Sales, Technical, Product, and Customer Service teams to deliver effective customer support, timely forecasts, market insights, and compliant operations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across hospitals, clinics, distributors, and healthcare institutions in the territory.
• Drive sales performance to achieve targets, manage customer relationships, and prepare quotations and proposals.
• Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations, and provide customer training.
• Provide on-site product and technical support when required, including customer visits, exhibitions, demonstrations, and business activities locally or internationally.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and industry developments, and provide relevant insights to support business and sales strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Technical, Product, and Customer Service teams to ensure effective customer support and business execution. Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market updates.
• Ensure all sales and business activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, applicable local laws, medical device regulations, and quality requirements.
