Job summary

The role requires extensive experience in medical device or diagnostics sales, strong budgeting skills, and proven ability to develop and implement training curricula. You will collaborate with business partners and drive performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Management or Marketing; master’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years in Medical Device/Diagnostics, with 5 years in supervisory roles and 3 years at managerial level.
• Hands-on experience in Sales Operations and Sales Force Effectiveness Training.

Responsibilities

• Sets plans and goals for assigned scopes and leads programs to meet business goals.
• Oversees day-to-day team operations and ensures task completion.
• Leads forecasting and works to achieve monthly sales plans.
• Conducts field coaching and business reviews for KAMs, KAS, SPM, SAS to execute programs.
• Reviews resource allocation and investment proposals to ensure ROI.
• Performs training needs analysis and designs curriculum aligned with Getz Sales Academy directions.
• Sets standards and qualifications for personnel and oversees onboarding.
• Interfaces with partners and key customers to build relationships.
• Works with credit team to ensure timely AR collection.
• Contributes to marketing program concepts.
