Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-allied field, business administration, healthcare management or related discipline.
• Minimum of three (3) years of proven experience as a Branch Manager or in an equivalent managerial position.
• Experience in multi-branch operations, operational planning and team leadership is an advantage.
• Strong background in sales, operations and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and directly responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating daily operation of the Branches for effective delivery of quality service.
• Responsible for safe, secure and cost-effective day-to-day operations of the branches; aims to increase profits while balancing time between operations management, reporting, recruitment and compliance.
• Counsels verbally and documents in writing all incidents of non-compliance.
