Job summary

The position reports to the Head of Country and includes people management, coaching, and continuous process improvement to meet broad operational KPIs. Travel to upcountry areas is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers regularly to promote products and services to meet revenue targets.
• Prepare quarterly regional sales forecasts and contribute to market potential assessments.
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with divisional goals.
