Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead a nationwide team of Product Specialists within the Philippine market of medical devices. The role focuses on driving commercial performance, developing local strategies, and expanding market reach across Metro Manila and regional areas.

You will manage multiple portfolios with strong emphasis on compliance, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver sales targets and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within the medical device space.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering business results.
• Experience managing sales teams and driving performance.
• Exposure to both consumables and capital equipment is highly preferred.
• Experience covering multiple territories within the Philippines, including Metro Manila and regional markets.
• Background from multinational companies or multinational distributors is strongly preferred.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Able to operate effectively within a highly structured and compliant environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the P&L performance of three Medical Surgical product portfolios.
• Develop and execute local commercial strategies for the Philippine market.
• Drive revenue growth and market expansion initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Specialists.
• Monitor business performance and implement initiatives to deliver sales targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support market execution and customer engagement.
• Identify market opportunities and develop plans to strengthen market position.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure all business activities are conducted in accordance with company compliance standards.
