Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of college completed or a college graduate.
• Minimum 6 months BPO experience.
• Previous experience in a Customer Service role is preferred.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Handle inbound customer calls regarding Medicare Supplement services and accounts.
• Address customer inquiries, account concerns, and service-related requests.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers.
• Assist with account updates and other customer service transactions.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the appropriate systems.
• Escalate complex concerns when necessary.
• Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service throughout every interaction.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and established procedures.
