• College graduate with or without BPO/customer service experience.
• At least 2 years of college completed with 6+ months in customer service.
• Strong English communication, both verbal and written.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong listening and comprehension skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
• Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn healthcare processes.
