The role involves supporting US healthcare providers with scheduling, insurance verification, billing tasks, and patient communications, with paid training provided. The candidate should have a medical allied background, strong English proficiency, and be willing to work US hours.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and able to communicate with US healthcare providers.
• Computer literacy and ability to navigate EHR/EMR systems.
• Willing to work night shifts to align with US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Pre-exam verification of insurance eligibility, benefits and coverage.
• Submitting claims, responding to claim denials, and resolving EOB issues.
• Identifying and resolving common billing issues.
• Managing patient communications, scheduling, and transferring calls to staff.
• Processing mail by posting to the EHR and ensuring follow-up.
