Job summary

ReadyTeam is seeking Virtual Medical Scribes to support healthcare providers by handling real-time or asynchronous clinical documentation within the EHR. You will document encounters, organize medical records, and prepare complete visit notes for provider review and signature.

Responsibilities include drafting HPI, ROS, exam findings, procedures, assessments, plans, and follow-ups, while ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant records.
