You will verify patient benefits, manage appointments, handle inbound inquiries, and assist with follow-ups to ensure seamless patient care and accurate records.

Site Location

• Davao South - Gate #23 Central Park Ave, Bangkal, Davao City
• Must have experience working with US-based clinics and/or health insurance companies
• Must have experience in EMR, EHR, insurance verification, patient confirmation, and inbound calling
• Must have experience in processing refills, auditing labs, and following up on lab results.
• Experience in medical billing and coding is a plus!
• Soft skills such as empathy are essential, as you may be talking to people who have medical issues
• Proficient in both written and verbal English
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Must be willing to work onsite
