Responsibilities
- Verify patient benefits and insurance coverage.
- Reactivate past patients and maintain engagement.
- Answer inbound calls and assist with inquiries.
- Follow up on appointment confirmations and reminders.
- Make outbound calls to leads and potential patients.
- Schedule and reschedule patient appointments.
- Processing refills and following clinic policies.
- Manage electronic medical records (EMR).
- Auditing labs and following up on missing results.
- Monitor and oversee the clinic's virtual kiosks.
