Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Quezon City for a hybrid, night-shift role. You will be a responsive point of contact for customers and partners receiving regulated medical waste management and related environmental services.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels, coordinate with internal teams, maintain accurate records, and help ensure safe, compliant service delivery while supporting healthcare clients.

Qualifications

• At least two years in customer service or related roles.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a calm, professional tone.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries across systems with timely follow-up.
• Schedule aligned with U.S. Eastern Time.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and approved digital channels.
• Create and track service requests and reports, missed-pickup and related cases.
• Coordinate with Dispatch, Operations, Sales, Billing, Compliance, and field personnel.
• Explain services and procedures without providing unauthorized regulatory, clinical, or legal advice.
• Elevate spills, exposures, leaking containers, safety or compliance concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer records, site instructions, and service notes.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve retention.
• Support healthcare clients across hospitals, clinics, laboratories, dental offices, pharmacies, and long-term care facilities.
• Protect confidential customer or patient information per policies.
• Assist with additional data entry and administrative projects.
