Job summary

MRM Global Trading Corporation in Angeles City, Pampanga is seeking a dynamic Medical Sales Representative to promote our pharmaceutical products and medical devices to hospitals, clinics and other medical institutions. This full-time role focuses on growing revenue, building relationships and delivering product demonstrations to healthcare professionals.

About the role

MRM Global Trading Corporation is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our team in Angeles City, Pampanga. This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the pharmaceutical and medical devices sector. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of pharmaceutical products and medical devices to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics and other medical institutions. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and establishing strong relationships within the healthcare community whilst maintaining the highest standards of product knowledge and professional integrity.

What you'll be doing

• Promoting and selling pharmaceutical products and medical devices to healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics and medical institutions within your assigned territory

• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key healthcare professionals, decision-makers and clients

• Providing comprehensive product information and demonstrations to healthcare professionals to support their clinical and purchasing decisions

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and potential clients within the medical sector

• Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of different healthcare settings

• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators whilst maintaining accurate sales records

• Monitoring market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to inform strategic sales approaches

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical regulations, industry standards and company policies

• Attending training sessions to maintain and enhance product knowledge and sales skills

• Providing regular updates and reports to management on sales activities, market insights and client feedback

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales or a related sales environment

• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and medical devices industry, including regulatory requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals

• Demonstrated ability to understand complex medical and technical information and communicate it clearly to diverse audiences

• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to achieve and exceed sales targets

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and territories effectively

• Proficiency in using sales tools, customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications

• Diploma or degree qualification in pharmacy, life sciences, business, or a related field an advantage

• Knowledge of healthcare systems and medical terminology is highly desirable

• Previous experience in building relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare decision-makers is preferred
