Job summary

MSN Labs Philippines Inc. is hiring a Medical Representative to promote pharmac products to doctors, hospitals, and clinics in the North Area (Bulacan/Nueva Ecija).

The role requires 3+ years in pharma sales, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in the field. Candidates should be highly motivated, target-driven, and skilled in product detailing, negotiations, and relationship building with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Health Sciences, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, specialists, hospitals, and clinics.
• Regularly cover assigned territories to generate product prescriptions for patients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Conduct effective product detailing, presentations, and scientific discussions.
• Ensure accurate and updated product knowledge is communicated to clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Submit timely and accurate sales, coverage, and activity reports.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
