Job summary

IQVIA in the Philippines seeks a results-driven medical sales professional with pharma or biosimilar experience to manage hospital accounts and drive formulary inclusion. You will engage key stakeholders, including pharmacists and doctors, to describe product benefits and secure access.

The role requires a strong ability to learn new therapies, excellent communication, and negotiation skills. A healthcare diploma or a BSc/BA is advantageous, and a driving license with a personal car is preferred.

Qualifications

• Relevant pharma and/or biosimilar medical sales experience.
• Hospital account management experience.
• Experience driving hospital formulary inclusion and engaging stakeholders.
• Experience with pharmacy dispensing sales channel.
• Track record of meeting sales quota.
• Ability to learn about products and explain to pharmacists and doctors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cardiometabolic/diabetology experience is a plus.
• Calm under pressure and able to handle rejection.
• Strong negotiation skills to resolve issues.
• Healthcare diploma or BSc/BA is a plus.
• Driving license with personal car; may receive allowance.

Required Experience

• Experience with pharmacy dispensing sales channel
• Track record of successfully meeting sales quota
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to pharmacists and doctors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in cardiometabolic/diabetology therapy area will be an added advantage
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• High school specialist healthcare diploma, BSc/BA will be a plus
• Require Driving license with personal car will be receiving additional allowance
