Surgikleen Incorporated is seeking a results-driven Medical Representative to promote our premium range of surgical hand disinfectants, infection control solutions, and medical devices within the Philippines. You will drive sales, conduct product demonstrations, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals in operating rooms, ICUs, and infection control departments.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health, Biology or related field.
• At least 1 year of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience.

• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR nurses, infection control committees, purchasing managers, and hospital administrators.

• Develop and execute strategic territory business plans to meet and exceed sales targets and expand market share.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, providing feedback to management.

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Representative to promote our premium range of surgical hand disinfectants, infection control solutions, and medical devices. You will be responsible for driving sales, conducting product demonstrations, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, particularly in operating rooms, ICUs, and infection control departments.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the sales and promotion of surgical hand disinfectants and specialized medical devices to hospitals and healthcare facilities within the assigned territory

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including surgeons, OR nurses, infection control committees, purchasing managers, and hospital administrators

• Conduct in-service training, product demonstrations, and clinical presentations on the proper use, efficacy, and safety of disinfectants and medical devices

• Develop and execute strategic territory business plans to meet and exceed sales targets and expand market share

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, providing regular feedback to management

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health, Biology, or a related Business field

• Proven track record in pharmaceutical or medical device sales with at least 1 year experience

• Experience selling infection control products or selling directly to Operating Rooms (OR)

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Ability to comfortably interact with specialized medical staff and explain clinical data

• Willing to travel extensively across the assigned territory

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven
