Job summary

FGC+ is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Records Retriever to support our operations by obtaining and managing medical documentation for insurance-related cases. You will coordinate with healthcare providers, follow up on requests, and ensure timely processing in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in college with BPO or customer service experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with computers and multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in college; healthcare knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in BPO or customer service, voice or non-voice.
• Healthcare, insurance, or medical records experience is advantageous but not required.
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Process assigned medical records requests daily.
• Contact hospitals and clinics to obtain records.
• Ensure records are complete and accurately documented.
• Update cases and meet required timelines.
• Follow up proactively to avoid delays.
• Handle escalations with clients and supervisors as needed.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of received records.
• Submit and track payment requests related to record retrieval.
• Document all actions in internal systems.
