Focusinc Group Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Records Retriever to support our operations team in obtaining and managing medical documentation for insurance-related cases. You will coordinate with healthcare providers, follow up on record requests, and ensure timely and accurate case processing.

This role suits candidates with BPO or healthcare support experience who are comfortable handling high-volume tasks and communicating with external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with computers and multiple systems/tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Able to multitask and manage high-volume workloads.
• Comfortable making outbound calls to healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process medical records requests on a daily basis.
• Contact hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities to request and follow up on records.
• Ensure cases are updated, documented, and completed within timelines.
• Monitor progress and follow up to avoid delays.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of received records.
• Submit and track payment requests related to record retrieval.
• Reopen and resolve cases with missing information.
• Document all actions in internal systems.
