Job summary

Revaya is seeking two skilled Assistant Case Managers to support the Case Management team with medical records management, documentation, provider communication and admin follow-through. You will request, track, retrieve, organize, and upload medical records from healthcare providers for legal, insurance and clinical purposes.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent requests while maintaining accurate case files.

Qualifications

• Experience with Filevine or other case management systems.
• Strong medical records management and document organization skills.
• Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Professional communication with healthcare providers, clients, and internal teams.
• Solid time-management and ability to handle multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Request, track and retrieve medical records from providers for legal, insurance and clinical uses.
• Digitize and upload records into case files ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain detailed tracking logs and progress reports for multiple requests.
• Communicate professionally with providers, clients and team members about requests.
• Maintain organized case files in Filevine and other systems with up-to-date information.
• Follow up on outstanding requests to ensure timely completion.
• Protect confidentiality of sensitive client and medical information.
• Support Case Management with administrative record-keeping tasks.
