Job summary

• Collaborate with RNs, Medical Coders, and clinical staff for accurate case management.
• Review records for legibility, completeness, and correct patient identifiers.
• Handle PHI securely following HIPAA and client security protocols.
• Analyze records to determine clinical pathways and next steps.
• Route cases by urgency to meet turnaround times and NCQA standards.
• Maintain EMR/EHR documentation accuracy across systems.
• Use Excel to organize files, track status, and produce weekly reports.
• Perform quality checks to ensure client requirements are met.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining productivity and SLAs.
