• Willingness to travel extensively for clinical support and training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and hands-on clinical training for physicians, nurses, and technicians.
• Provide onboarding and advanced application training to ensure effective system utilization.
• Support physicians during live cases with real-time guidance.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare providers and capture feedback for product improvements.
• Collaborate with sales on pre-sales activities and post-sales customer success while ensuring regulatory compliance.
