Job summary

IDS Medical Systems (idsMED) seeks a Clinical Applications Specialist to drive product awareness, provide clinical and application support, and deliver continuous medical education for medical equipment and consumables.

You will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, support the sales team with demonstrations, and ensure proper product utilization through post‑sales training and ongoing technical support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in radiologic technology, nursing, or medical technology.
• 2–3 years of related work experience preferred.
• Experience in 2D Echo, Sonography, or cardiovascular fields highly preferred.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

The role is responsible for providing product awareness, clinical application support, and continuous medical education related to medical equipment and consumables. It ensures effective product utilization, enhances customer experience, and supports overall business objectives through professional product knowledge and application support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users, healthcare professionals, and key decision-makers.
• Ensure positive customer experience through regular engagement, product support, and prompt response to inquiries.
• Provide professional clinical and application support to customers as needed.
• Support the sales team in conducting product demonstrations focused on clinical applications.
• Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and proper usage to customers and end-users.
• Conduct and/ or assist with post-sales product training to ensure correct and optimal product utilization.
• Provide ongoing application and technical support following product implementation.
• Assist healthcare professionals in troubleshooting and resolving product-related concerns.
• Participate in trade exhibitions, workshops, seminars, and promotional activities.
• Support marketing initiatives and educational programs to increase product awareness and market presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth and customer engagement activities.

Work Experience & Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree Radiologic Technology, Nursing, Medical Technologist or equivalent.
• At least two (2) – three (3) years of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.
• With experience in 2D Echo, Sonography & Cardiovascular is highly preferred.
• Good experience and knowledge in medical equipment and consumables in Healthcare Industry.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
