Job summary

Care 4 Life PH in Quezon City is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist Supervisor to lead and mentor a team delivering digital medical solutions in diagnostic clinics and hospitals.

You will oversee implementation, training, and optimization of imaging workflows, coordinate with client teams, and ensure high-quality application support. This on-site role requires strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication to drive clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in clinical supervision, including leading teams and mentoring staff.
• Experience in case management within healthcare or related fields, including documentation and coordination.
• Knowledge of clinical environments, preferably in diagnostic imaging or similar healthcare technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, Radiologic Technology, or related health science field; advanced training or certifications are an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to train clinical staff and explain technical concepts clearly.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and high-quality client service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the clinical application specialists team, schedule and performance oversight.
• Guide clinical case handling related to imaging workflows.
• Provide advanced product demonstrations and training to clients.
• Troubleshoot clinical application issues in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with technical and sales teams; maintain case and training documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of clinical protocols and user experience.
