Job summary

IDS Medical Systems (idsMED) seeks a Clinical Applications Specialist to drive product awareness, provide clinical and application support, and deliver continuous medical education for medical equipment and consumables.

You will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, support the sales team with demonstrations, and ensure proper product utilization through post‑sales training and ongoing technical support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in radiologic technology, nursing, or medical technology.
• 2–3 years of related work experience preferred.
• Experience in 2D Echo, Sonography, or cardiovascular fields highly preferred.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with end-users, healthcare professionals, and key decision-makers.
• Provide professional clinical and application support to customers.
• Support sales in product demonstrations focused on clinical applications.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and proper usage to customers and end-users.
• Conduct post-sales product training to ensure correct and optimal product utilization.
• Provide ongoing application and technical support after product implementation.
• Assist healthcare professionals in troubleshooting product-related concerns.
• Participate in trade exhibitions, workshops, seminars, and promotional activities.
• Support marketing initiatives and educational programs to increase product awareness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth and customer engagement.
