Job summary

BUZUD (Roffe International Holdings Pte Ltd) is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to serve as a frontline brand ambassador across omnichannel platforms and the showroom. You will guide patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals on device setup, perform product troubleshooting, and handle inquiries for medical and consumer health devices.

You will greet walk-in customers, conduct live demonstrations, assist with hardware setup on iOS/Android, support showroom merchandising and POS

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, customer service, healthcare, or related fields.
• 1–3 years frontline customer service, retail, or hospitality.
• Tech savviness with medical devices and mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide omnichannel customer support via phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat.
• Greet walk-in customers and conduct live product demonstrations.
• Coordinate oxygen concentrator rentals, deliveries, and collections with hospitals and caregivers.
• Adhere to PDPA guidelines for personal health data; upsell health accessories where appropriate.
