BUZUD (Roffe International Holdings Pte Ltd) is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to serve as a frontline brand ambassador across omnichannel platforms and the showroom. You will guide patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals on device setup, perform product troubleshooting, and handle inquiries for medical and consumer health devices.

As a Customer Service Assistant at BUZUD, you will serve as the frontline brand ambassador, providing high-touch support across omnichannel platforms and walk-in showroom visitors. You will guide patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals on device setup, conduct product troubleshooting, and manage inquiries for our range of medical and consumer health devices (e.g., Continuous Glucose Monitoring systems, oxygen concentrators, and smart health trackers).
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat.
Provide accurate product information, usage guidelines, order updates, warranty claims, and return procedures.
Maintain and update detailed customer interaction records, service logs, and feedback in the CRM system.
Greet walk-in customers and conduct live product demonstrations for BUZUD’s medical and lifestyle devices.
Assist non-technical and elderly users with hardware setup, calibration, and pairing devices to mobile health apps (iOS/Android).
Support daily showroom merchandising, stock audits, floor presentation, and point-of-sale (POS) transactions.
Coordinate oxygen concentrator rentals, deliveries, and collections with hospitals, caregivers, and healthcare partner organisations (e.g., AIC).
Collaborate with logistics and technical service teams to track order status and resolve customer escalations.
Adhere strictly to PDPA guidelines regarding personal health data and general healthcare safety regulations.
Recommend appropriate health accessories and consumables (upselling/cross-selling) based on customer needs.
Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Customer Service, Healthcare, or related fields.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in frontline customer service, retail, or hospitality (prior experience in medical devices, consumer electronics, or healthcare retail is preferred).
Tech Savviness: Comfortable navigating and explaining medical device operations and mobile software applications.
Soft Skills: High level of patience, empathy, active listening, and strong problem-solving abilities under fast-paced retail or clinical support settings.
Flexibility: Willingness to work a 5.5-day retail/showroom roster, including weekend or rotational shifts.
