Job summary

Metacom Careers in the Philippines is seeking motivated Medical Customer Service Representatives to support our Clinical Generic 1 BPO account. You will assist customers, address inquiries, and provide accurate information while upholding quality standards.

Requirements include at least 2 years of college and 6 months of work experience; BPO experience is not required. The role is onsite with shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and offers a competitive package with Day

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Clinical Generic 1 BPO account. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of college education and 6 months of work experience, whether or not you have previous BPO experience.

As a Medical Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers, handling inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience while following established processes and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by the account.
• Must be willing to work onsite, subject to the assigned work location.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Package

• ₱18,000 Basic Salary
