Qualifications

• At least 2 years of college education, regardless of course or field.
• Minimum 6 months of work experience in any industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide professional, courteous, and timely assistance.
• Listen to customer concerns, identify their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant information in company systems.
• Follow account procedures, policies, and quality standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle customer information responsibly.
• Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Meet established performance, productivity, attendance, and quality expectations.
• Work effectively with team members and support overall account goals.
• Participate in training, coaching, and other activities designed to improve performance and service quality.
