Metacom Careers is hiring a Clinical Support Representative for the Generic 2 BPO Account in Quezon City. You will assist customers with their concerns, provide accurate and timely support, and ensure every interaction meets service and quality standards.

The role requires at least 2 years of college and 6 months of work experience. BPO experience is not required, and you’ll work onsite with shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Completed at least 2 years in college, any course.
• At least 6 months of work experience in any industry.
• BPO experience is not required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Willing to work onsite based on the assigned work arrangement.

• Document customer interactions and update information accurately in the system.

• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling customer and account information.
• Meet established performance, productivity, quality, and attendance targets.
• Participate in training, coaching sessions, and other activities to continuously improve performance.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve overall account goals.

Salary & Compensation

Salary Range: ₱18,000 – ₱21,000
