• Review billing information and maintain accurate customer and account records.
• Coordinate with internal billing, insurance, or healthcare teams to resolve outstanding issues.
• Follow up on pending billing enquiries and ensure timely resolution.
• Escalate complex billing disputes and unresolved customer concerns to the appropriate team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, enquiries, and resolutions.
• Protect confidential patient and financial information in accordance with applicable privacy requirements and company policies.
• Meet established customer service, quality, productivity, and turnaround-time targets.
• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain professional communication throughout customer interactions.
