About the role

Key responsibilities

• Conduct product presentations and educational seminars to healthcare professionals, including doctors, specialists, and clinic staff
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and hospital decision-makers
• Provide comprehensive product knowledge and clinical information to healthcare professionals to support informed prescribing decisions
• Address clinical questions and concerns from healthcare professionals regarding TerraBarn Inc products
• Document and report sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback to management
• Achieve sales targets and quotas whilst maintaining high standards of product promotion and ethical practices
• Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence to identify market opportunities
• Attend industry conferences, medical forums, and networking events to enhance product visibility
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, orders, and follow-ups in the company database
• Support promotional campaigns and product launches through coordinated activities with healthcare facilities

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; however, backgrounds in pharmacy, nursing, biomedical sciences, or related health sciences are highly preferred
• Fresh graduates or individuals with minimal pharmaceutical sales experience are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and retain technical and clinical product information
• Excellent organisational skills and time management capabilities
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and building territory business
• Professional presentation skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Fluency in English and Filipino (Tagalog/Bisaya); additional languages are an advantage
