Qualifications

• Open to new graduates; ideally with 1+ years in data analysis, market research, digital marketing or media monitoring.
• Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel (formulas and pivot tables), PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• Able to learn new software quickly and work under pressure with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency on platforms to monitor and analyze media coverage across print, online, broadcast, blogs and social media.
• Create executive-ready reports with intuitive visualizations and clear written analysis.
• Analyze raw data across sources and identify trends and statistics per client directive.
• Gather report requirements and conceptualize metrics that meet client objectives.
• Present written analysis clearly with strong English grammar.
• Collaborate with teams in Canada to align reports with client methodologies.
• Ensure data cleanliness by removing irrelevant content or duplicates.
